I think it's probably Bangor's ONLY car boot sale, but still it's technically true. Anyhoo, it contains a panoply of second-hand tat, furniture, collectables and truly disturbing items in a building with the approximate size (and décor) of an aircraft hangar. I go along with the pretence of buying sensible things like cheap books and locally grown vegetables, or to entertain like-minded visitors on a rainy day, but really I hunt the (not-so-)elusive thrift-horror-beast.
